What is immediate loading of dental implants?
Immediate load implants are considered for the patient when the patient needs aesthetics at the time of implant placement or to function for chewing. This technique allows for the installation of a temporary prosthesis on the same day of the implant placement or within a maximum of 24 hours from the intervention.
At ENIQ we do it with guided navigation which means that with a 3 mm incision it is placed, without sutures and with hardly any postoperative discomfort.

What is the procedure for a dental implant with immediate loading?
First, the clinician must take a 3D x-ray to ensure that there is enough quality bone to place the implant or implants. Once the study is done, the specialist decides the type of implant and its ideal location to be able to receive the crown or bridge at the time of the operation.
As the name suggests, the placement of the temporary prosthesis is immediate. Once the osteointegration process is concluded (three to six months), we can load the final prosthesis.
